I bent my wookie

Well, I was just getting the hang of them and my ankle moved in a way it should't have and caused the heel to break internally. It's not completely snapped off, but I can tell that there's an angled cut inside and the heel is staggered.

Does anyone have any ideas about fixing this? Preferably without taking it to a shop... you know how vanillas can be :o)
